Are you hoping to become strong, fit , and healthy this year? I want to help you achieve your health and fitness goals through my online personal training program or VIP one-on-one coaching.
My name is Akilah Yvette and I am a Personal Trainer, Health Coach specializing in Nutrition. I have my Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Health and Human Development from the University of Houston and am the creator of the 6-week Lift to Get Lean Program! In this program you will discover the health and fitness program that will leave you both Lean and Toned in a matter of time!


Are you struggling with a lack of energy, motivation and you need to lose weight, but lack proper portion control and making good food choices. Well, I have been in your exact position! I am a wife and mom of three who has struggled with taking time for myself because I'm taking care of everyone else! I was able to successfully lose over 40 pounds, gain the confidence I was lacking and still care for the needs of my family. My mission is to help you not only look good and feel good but to do good.

 

In this program we will be focused on eating the right foods at the right time through IIFYM or If It Fits Your Macros and lifting weights to develop lean muscle mass. We will engage in HIIT or High Intensity Interval Training and Plyometrics to burn fat faster and prevent plateaus. My workouts are fast yet efficient so you get results within the least amount of time. And help you gain the confidence you desire!
